No. Ocoviz is a Learning Intelligence System. It does not try to replace every administrative module. It reads attendance, marks and practice together and tells leaders and teachers which students need help, in which chapter, and what to do next.

Do we have to replace our current ERP?

No. Many schools keep an ERP for fees, admissions and records and add Ocoviz for the learning layer. Ask us on a demo how Ocoviz can work with the data you already hold.

When should a school choose an ERP instead?

If your biggest problem is administrative load, such as fee collection, admissions paperwork, timetables or transport, a good ERP is the right tool. Ocoviz is for the second problem: students slipping unnoticed.

What can an ERP not tell us?

An ERP stores and organises records. It usually does not tell you which students are drifting, which chapters a class has not understood, or what to do about it this week. That is what a learning intelligence layer adds.
