The Pause Technique: Instead of using filler words like "um," "like," or "ah," deliberately pause for 1–2 seconds to structure your next sentence.
Mirror Practice: Deliver your 60-second elevator pitch in front of a mirror three times:
Round 1: Focus on clear articulation and speaking slowly.
