Your own progress
Each child sees their own readiness and growth over time. The comparison is with where they were last month.
Ocoviz helps every child learn better, and makes you part of the journey.
Most parents learn how their child is doing at the end of a term. By then a weak topic, or a run of absences, has often been building for weeks. A class of 40 or more is hard for any teacher to watch closely every day. Ocoviz helps the school notice early, while there is still time to help.
A small gap, over one term
Illustration of the idea, not real data.
When attendance, marks or engagement start to slip, the teacher is told.
You hear what changed and where, not just a number.
You, the teacher and your child can act while it is still a small problem.
The evening can start with "I saw how hard you worked on fractions", not "why are your marks low?"
When you hear early, and hear the good news too, the talk at home gets kinder. That is what Ocoviz is for.
In many classes the same three names get all the claps, while the rest quietly decide they are "not the clever ones". With Ocoviz, every child's effort and progress is counted, so more children have a real reason to feel proud.
Why it matters: A child who improves from 40 to 60 has done something as big as a child who stays at the top. Both should be seen.
Every child gets a star.
Each child sees their own readiness and growth over time. The comparison is with where they were last month.
Daily practice keeps a streak, and points already earned are kept even if a day is missed.
Steady improvement and achievements are shared with you as good news, not only worries.
Punjabi, Hindi, Sanskrit, Computer Science and the rest all get support, so a child who shines in one subject is seen.
From the time your child leaves home to the end of the term.
You see the bus on a live map with an arrival time for your child's stop. When your child boards, you get a "safe" message.
Available if your school uses Ocoviz bus tracking.
If your child is marked absent, you are told the same day. Teachers use Ocoviz to plan lessons and set practice, so more class time goes to students.
You make a pass in the app for the person collecting your child. At the gate, staff scan it and match photos of your child and the person. The class teacher then releases your child, and every step is logged.
Available if your school uses Ocoviz Pickup Pass.
Your child can ask the tutor a doubt, get step-by-step help with homework, or do the two-minute daily practice. You can check homework and syllabus updates in the app.
You get plain-language progress updates, including good news about effort and improvement. If a worrying pattern starts, the class teacher can speak to you with details. By report card day, you already know.
Your child types a doubt the way they would ask a teacher. The tutor reads the syllabus, breaks the idea down step by step, and takes follow-up questions.
A focused learning assistant, not an open chatbot. Available at school and at home.
For homework, it walks through the problem instead of just giving the answer.
Why it matters: Doubts get cleared the same evening, not after the next class. Your child learns the method, not only the answer.

Each one is built to make learning clearer, not to add more homework.
A guide for each subject, matched to your child's class. Your child picks a chapter and topic from their own syllabus and works through it. On a weak topic, it tries a new way of explaining.
Which subjects are available depends on what your school switches on.
A fresh set of questions each day, about two minutes: 10 quick multiple-choice questions and 5 that ask your child to think harder. Difficulty adjusts to your child. A streak counts days in a row, and points are kept even if a day is missed.
Shows how ready your child is in each subject and topic, and what to practise next.
Turns what was taught into short, clear notes your child can revise from.
Walks your child through exam preparation one step at a time, instead of leaving them to work it out alone.
Ocoviz Open Learning is a free library of reviewed lessons, practice and notes. No sign-up, and your child can begin right away. Not every class or subject may be covered, so have a look.
Open LearningOne free app for parents, teachers and the school. You see only your own child's information.
If your child is marked absent, you are told the same day. You find out when it can still be sorted out.
When attendance, marks or engagement start to slip over time, the class teacher is alerted and can speak to you with specifics, not just a number. You can help while it is still a small problem.
Effort, improvement and achievements are shared as well, so you hear more than the worries.
Regular progress updates in plain language, instead of a surprise on report card day.
An illustration. Names, subjects and numbers are examples.
Attendance, homework, syllabus updates, exams, results, report cards, event photos and school notices. No more searching through WhatsApp groups and diaries.
Message your child's teachers in the app during school communication hours. A clear channel for questions, with clear hours.
See the bus on a live map, get a "safe" message when your child boards or is dropped, and control who may collect your child with a digital pass. Less waiting, less worry, and a record of every handover.
Available if your school uses it.
Ocoviz brings attendance, test marks, practice and revision together into one readiness score for each student, from 0 to 100. It updates as new information comes in. Then your child's subject Co-Pilot gives guided help on exactly the chapters that need work.
Instead of guessing from one test result, you and your child see readiness in each subject and the chapters behind it.
It points to weak chapters and what to focus on today, so revision is a plan and not a panic.
For each weak area, the Co-Pilot for that subject walks your child through it step by step, using their own syllabus.
An illustration. Subjects and numbers are examples.
Attendance, marks and test trends, practice and revision activity. Nothing extra for you to fill in.
A readiness score for each student, with the weak chapters and subjects behind it.
The subject Co-Pilot explains the weak topic step by step and tries a new way if the first does not click.
A weekly snapshot of readiness, top focus areas and the improvement trend, written to encourage and not to alarm.
Readiness is a guide, not a prediction you must live up to. It cannot promise marks. It tells you where help will count most.
When teachers spend less time on paperwork, your child gets more of their time.
Helps plan a lesson and find clearer ways to explain it.
Why it matters: More time with students, less on paperwork.
Helps a teacher answer a tough question with a clear explanation.
Why it matters: Every question gets a good answer, even the unexpected ones.
Builds practice papers and tests from the syllabus.
Why it matters: More practice for students, and time saved for teachers.
Sets assignments and keeps track of who has done what.
Why it matters: Teachers spot early who needs help.
Every parent should know the limits before deciding. Here they are.
Ocoviz is an early-warning and support tool. The conversation with you, and the help after a flag, stay with your child's teacher.
A flag is a prompt for a teacher to check in. It is not a mark on your child's record, and teachers can dismiss a flag with a note.
The tutor is built to guide your child through the steps. No tool can stop a determined child from copying, so ask your child to explain how they got an answer.
No tool can. Ocoviz gives your child more practice and faster help, and gives you earlier information. Effort and good teaching still make the difference.
No advertisements for your child, and no selling or renting of information. Ocoviz earns from its service, never from your child's data.
Parents are right to ask. These are the plain answers.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is still being phased in, and the rules for children's data are still being worked out. Ocoviz is aligning its consent, retention and data-rights processes with the Act, and will update the school as the rules settle.
Stored in India. Your child's information is kept on servers in India.
Encrypted. Information is protected when it travels and when it is stored.
Only your own child. You see your child's information. You never see other children's marks, flags or attendance.
Role by role. Class teachers see their class, subject teachers see their subject, and the principal sees school-level reports.
Never sold. Not sold, rented or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
The school owns it. Ocoviz is the tool the school uses. The school stays in charge of the data.
Access is limited and logged. Ocoviz staff access is limited to what is needed for support. Every access is recorded, and the school can ask to see the record.
If you leave the school. The school switches off your child's Ocoviz access. The school keeps its archived records for compliance and administration, as it does for other school records.
A small monthly fee per student, collected with your school's regular fees. The parent app is free to download.
